Deanne brings extensive HR systems expertise to her role as Senior Consultant at Intuis. Her background includes successful HRIS implementations and system optimisations across major organisations, with notable achievements at the University of Sydney, where she led comprehensive HRIS implementations over four years, including Alesco HRIS, Org Plus rollout, and innovative solutions for managing a 6,000-strong casual workforce.
Her recent experience includes eighteen months at Woodside, where she worked within their HR Systems team on both BAU and the BHP merger project, working on multiple systems, including SuccessFactors, SAP EC, SAP 4 Hana, Jira, and ServiceNow. At HBF, she led change management and test management for their full HRIS implementation, while at MacMahon, she successfully streamlined their existing SuccessFactors system to better align with business needs.
