With senior positions at Accenture Industry X, Bayer, and Coca-Cola European Partners, she has specialized in digital strategy, supply chain transformation, and leading global projects across Europe and Australia.

Prior to Intuis, she worked as an independent coach and consultant, collaborating with startups and NGOs across Europe. For the past six years, Kristina has volunteered with One Young World, a global organization supporting young leaders from every country, where she led the Europe Ambassador community.

As a certified coach and NLP Master practitioner, she excels in business transformation and cultural change initiatives. Her international perspective and commitment to sustainable business practices, combined with her role as Managing Ambassador for Europe at One Young World, provide our clients with innovative, sustainable solutions.

In her free time, Kristina loves traveling, learning new hobbies, and spending time with family and friends who live in every corner of the world. She has integrated yoga and meditation into her daily practice for the past eight years, enjoys going on silent meditation retreats, and loves attending music festivals.
