As General Manager at Intuis, Melissa's extensive expertise spans multiple sectors including Public Sector, Mining and Resources, Technology, Defence, Health, Legal, and Not for Profit. She has successfully delivered organization-wide human capital services and strategic transformation programs at both local and international levels. Melissa specialises in strategic organisational change management, large-scale integrated technology delivery, and business process improvement.

Her pragmatic approach to organisational development, combined with her deep understanding of business strategy and operating model design, enables her to translate complex challenges into practical, sustainable solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for our clients.
