As a highly skilled HR professional with deep commercial acumen, Victoria specialises in digital transformation and organisational change. Her experience implementing Ceridian/SDWorx at Watches of Switzerland Group Plc, where she led a scheduling project that realised a £2m payroll benefit, combined with her success in leading site implementations of Access Group People XD and Oracle HCM HRIS, allows her to drive meaningful technological change while ensuring sustainable outcomes. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys keeping fit and has a passion for wellbeing intiatives, particulary the ancient healing practice Ayurveda. She is an avid traveller and always has a holiday planned.
